मेहनत के बाद भी हमारे बच्चे सफल क्यों नहीं होते

कहाँ रह जाती है, कमी - अक्सर हम यह बात नोटिस करते हैं, कि हमारे बच्चे बहुत मेहनत करते हैं। परंतु जब परीक्षा का समय आता है, तब वे सफल नहीं हो पाते हैं या उन बच्चों से पीछे रह जाते हैं। जो कम मेहनत करते हैं और अधिक अंक प्राप्त करते हैं, हो सकता है कि हम बच्चों को पढ़ने के लिए जो सुविधा देते हैं। उनमें कुछ कमियां रह जाती हूं, जिसके कारण बच्चे बहुत मेहनत करने के बाद भी सफल नहीं होते। तो आइए हम बच्चों के पढ़ाई से संबंधित कुछ बातें आपसे साझा करते हैं। जिनसे आपको पता चलेगा कि बच्चों को पढ़ाई के लिए कौन सी सुविधाएं देना ठीक रहता है। जिससे उन्हें अपने परिश्रम का या मेहनत का पूरा पूरा परिणाम मिल सके।

पढ़ाई किस दिशा में और कैसे करें - प्रश्न यह उठता है, कि पढ़ाई करने के लिए किस दिशा में बैठा जाए या किस मुद्रा में बैठा जाए। शास्त्रों में विद्या के लिए पश्चिम दिशा बताई गई है। पश्चिम दिशा के मध्य से दक्षिण की ओर चलते हैं, जो स्थान आता है वह विद्या के लिए उत्तम होता है। इसलिए भवन की वास्तु योजना में उस स्थान को बच्चों के शयनकक्ष के रूप में विकसित कर लिया जाना चाहिए। यदि पश्चिम दिशा में बच्चों का शयनकक्ष हो तो वह दक्षिण दिशा में सिर करके और उत्तर में पैर करके सोए तो अच्छे परिणाम लाए जा सकते हैं। शास्त्रीय आधारों पर जो अन्य परीक्षण किए गए हैं, उनमें उन बच्चों के लिए जो तकनीकी शिक्षा ग्रहण कर रहे हैं, उन्हें अच्छे परिणाम लाने के लिए सामान्य विद्या नहीं चाहिए। बल्कि कुछ अतिरिक्त शक्ति प्राप्त करके मेरिट में आना चाहते हैं। दक्षिण पूर्व या अग्नि कोण में अध्ययन करने से शुभ परिणाम जाता है। अग्नि कोण में यदि बच्चे सीमित घंटों के लिए बैठे हैं तो उन्हें अतिरिक्त ऊर्जा प्राप्त होती है। उनका मस्तिष्क उर्वरक होता है और वह अन्य की अपेक्षा ज्यादा अच्छा परिणाम दे पाते हैं।

अच्छी पढ़ाई के लिए पर्याप्त नींद जरूरी - जिन बच्चों को अनिंद्रा रहती हैं, उन्हें अग्नि कोण में न सो कर दक्षिण दिशा मध्य में सोना चाहिए। दक्षिण दिशा मध्य यद्यपि ग्रह स्वामी के लिए ही अच्छी होती है, परंतु अनिंद्रा या पढ़ाई में मन ना लगने की स्थिति में विद्यार्थी को दक्षिण दिशा का सीमित अवधि के लिए प्रयोग करना ठीक हो जाता है। ध्यान में रखना चाहिए, कि शयन दक्षिण दिशा में सिर करके ही करना चाहिए। विद्यार्थियों के लिए पूर्व दिशा में सिर करके सोना शास्त्र के अनुसार है, परंतु उच्च तकनीकी प्रशिक्षण वाले विद्यार्थियों के लिए दक्षिण में सिर और उत्तर में पैर अधिक लाभदायक पाए गए हैं।

बच्चों के अध्ययन पर दिशाओं का प्रभाव - जिन विद्यार्थियों का अध्ययन कक्ष वायव्य कोण में होता है, उनके मन में उच्चाटन की प्रवृत्ति होती है। अर्थात उनका मन पढ़ाई में नहीं लगता है और बेचैन हो जाता है। निश्चित ही ऐसे विद्यार्थी मन लगाने के लिए घर से बाहर जाएंगे और नई-नई मित्रता तलाश करेंगे। वायव्य कोण में अध्ययन करने वाले बच्चों के मित्रों पर माता-पिता को नजर रखनी चाहिए। संगत न बिगड़े यह जरूरी है, परंतु माता-पिता को ऐसे मामलों में प्रतिभाशाली बच्चों से मिलने जुलने की अनुमति दे देनी चाहिए। कोशिश करें कि बच्चे अपने से ऊंची मेरिट वाले बच्चों से ही मिले उनके साथ मिलना जुलना और उन्हें अपने घर लाकर उनके साथ अध्ययन करना बच्चों के लिए फायदेमंद भी होगा और उन्हें नई ऊर्जा प्राप्त होगी। उत्तर दिशा में मुंह करके पढ़ना श्रेष्ठ माना गया है। माता-पिता को चाहिए कि किसी ऐसे दीवार के सहारे जिसमे खिङकी हो बच्चे को एक टेबल कुर्सी व उसके ऊपर टेबल लैंप लगा कर दें।

परीक्षा के पहले की विशेष सावधानियां - विद्यार्थी यथासंभव उत्तर में अथवा पूर्व में मुंह करके बैठे। उच्च शिक्षा प्राप्त कर रहे बच्चों की एकाग्रता भंग होने की स्थिति में उन्हें पॉकेट ट्रांजिस्टर दिया जाना चाहिए या लिविंग रूम में टेलीविजन पर सूचना देने वाले चैनल देखने की आज्ञा दी जानी चाहिए। ब्रह्म स्थान में अध्ययन एवं शयन वर्जित है। उत्तर दिशा या ईशान कोण में उत्तर दिशा में मुंह करके अध्ययन करना ठीक होता है, परंतु परीक्षा से ठीक 1 सप्ताह पहले अपने पूर्व या दक्षिण में स्थापित हो जाना लाभ प्रदान करता है। नैत्रत्य कोण में केवल उन्हीं बच्चों को स्थान दिया जाए, जो बहुत संस्कारित हो और पिता के प्रति निष्ठा वाले और माता के प्रति निष्ठा वाले हैं। यहां बच्चों के जिद्दी हो जाने की आशंका रहती है। अग्नि कोण में शयन उचित नहीं है। केवल अध्ययन के लिए 4 घंटे बिताए जा सकते हैं। यंत्रों के साथ अध्ययन करना अग्नि कोण में उचित रहता है। सलाहकार बनने के लिए किए जाने वाले अध्ययन भी अग्नि कोण में अच्छे माने जाते हैं, बाकी सभी मामलों में पश्चिम दिशा ही श्रेष्ठ है।
